Variety: created from the blend of the leccino and cerasa di Montenero varieties, with a well-dosed bitter-spicy flavor. The olive grove located along the ancient sheep track, near the Basilica of the Madonna di Bisaccia, has been handed down for 4 generations and has for centuries kept very ancient varieties typical of lower Molise.
The proximity of the Calanchi Naturalistic Park, thanks to its extraordinary biodiversity, makes this oil extraordinary.
