"Blessed are those who made these places, heaven and earth of enchantment and poetry."

- EA Paterno -

lu pajese mi '

My country

Blessed are those who made these places,

heaven and earth of enchantment and poetry

everywhere inspires harmony

of shapes and color and it is no small thing!

From the hill the gaze goes far

and soul and heart are recreated;

many wonders pass by

that everyone remains open-mouthed.

Nature is good and gives abundance

that makes you happy  and it is close

to mothers and nannies and to all friendships.

Everyone calls it Monte d'oro;

if boasting does not destroy it it will have no end.

Montenero is my flame of love.

Poem by EA Paterno

ONE LAND, ONE HISTORY, ONE COMMUNITY

A limited edition that was created to tell the roots of this land, its history, its traditions and above all its community.

Montenero di Bisaccia is a small village of 7000 inhabitants, surrounded by unspoiled nature and a few steps from the Adriatic Sea.

This place, a land of transhumance, has been crossed since time immemorial by shepherds and pilgrims who came from all over to reach the ancient Basilica of the Madonna di Bisaccia along the ancient paths of the tratturo.
